What to expect:
Assessment - During an assessment you should expect your Biokineticist to take a detailed history of your condition and relevant medical history. Your Biokineticist will also perform some Range of Movement and Muscle strength tests on you. Your Biokineticist may also employ a specialized battery of tests including Functional movement tests as well as balance and stability tests. Finally you and your Biokineticist will plan your goals for your rehabilitation and plan the way forward to achieving your rehabilitation goals.
Follow up- During your follow-up session your Biokineticist will provide you with a supervised rehabilitation session for your specific condition. Your Biokineticist will provide you with a copy of your rehabilitation programme so that you can follow your rehabilitation exercises on your own.

We conduct Vitality and Momentum fitness testing. Testing includes anthropometric measurements including height, weight, waist circumference; functional movement flexibility and strength testing and cardiovascular assessment. These assessments are one of the ways you can earn points and rewards with your medical aid.
